– Dziady arrive à grand pas, le voile entre le monde des vivants et des morts deviendra alors si fin que nos proches disparus, comme chaque année, pourront venir à notre rencontre pour un court moment. La célébration de Dziady chez les Slaves est une chose extrêmement importante, car nous avons un lien particulièrement fort avec les défunts, et ce quelque soit les époques (Préchrétienne et chrétienne).

– De ce fait, cette année, rendre hommage aux personnes ayant vécu sur le territoire de la célèbre ville marchande de Wolin était très important pour moi. Collé à cette magnifique petite cité se trouve un champ de tertres funéraires datant du 9ème au 11 ème siècle. Cette ville a accueilli plusieurs temples bien avant que « les vikings » ou plutôt les Scandinaves de Jomsborg ne viennent s’installer sur l’île. Un endroit d’échange, de commerce, d’artisanat et de religion qui était un véritable centre des plus importants à l’époque. Des Slaves étaient intégrés dans la grande armée de Jomsborg, qui, d’après de récentes recherches, se trouvait sur la colline aux pendus, là même où l’on jugeait certains prisonniers avant de les pendre.

– Toute une histoire des Slaves a été écrite en ces lieux! Et quel endroit mystique et magique à la fois se dévoile à nous à chaque fois!

– Les morts ne sont pas entièrement partis, même si dans la religion Slave nous parlons de réincarnation au sein de la famille, une partie des âmes restent en Nav. Nous pouvons encore leur parler et communiquer avec eux. N’oublions pas le monde du double gardé par le grand Dieu ours, le Dieu cornu Weles et nos proches partis trop vite.

A place of exchange, trade, crafts and religion that was a real center of the most important at the time.
